How to return an item

Send us an email
Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return and include your order number.

Receive & print the return form
You’ll receive a return form by email. Print it out and include it in your package.

Return period
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that cannot be returned

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, jewelry, earrings, and swimwear cannot be returned.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in original condition:

Unused, unworn, unwashed

No stains, no signs of wear

Tags must still be attached

Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
